Well, I managed to get my walk in at lunch today. I wasn't sure that this was going to be the case though. We are having some difficulties with several transactions at the bank. I thought that I might need to go to the bank in person. Luckily, I was able to do it over the phone - allowing me to get my walk in.
Another lovely day here in Central Ohio. At Creekside Park, the temperature was 79 degrees with 52% humidity (heat index of 80) at 11:15 AM. I did my 3.05 miles in 52:25 which is a 17:11 min/mile pace. Tried to focus on my technique more today as I walked.
I received an e-mail from the Customer Service dept at alwyncosgrove.com. It thanked my for my e-mail and said that it would be fine for me to walk in Alwyn's honor. I haven't heard anything from my family and friends but I'm sure it will happen.
